Our philosophy has been the same since we began the company in 1998, and can be summed up in two phrases:

We achieve the first through continual development for our trainers – we offer workshops, numerous further training courses and regular observations of the trainers at work. It also means something as simple as treating everyone we work with (clients, participants and trainers) as people and not as numbers. Our pedagogic support service is, we believe, second to none. This means continual contact with the client at every stage of the process.
Training the right people to do the right things means that we are continually finding ways to make the training totally focused on the needs of the individual or the group. We offer services that are tailor-made to you and your own particular situation. We do this through a complete analysis of the needs of the group, and regular communication with the participants and the client, changing the contents of the training as the needs change.
